JOB 1 Startup Looking for a Fulltime Pinko Marketer

Hey, I'm new to this place, but am very energized by the Pinko Marketing concept. We're a VC funded startup doing something exciting that really lends itself to Pinko Marketing. The name of the company is Pinger and we're funded by Kleiner Perkins (yes you can find VC's who believe in community marketing). The two founders are the CEO, Greg Woock and myself, Joe Sipher. We're 11 people now and really excited to have a full time person focusing on creating our community as well as other less Pinko-ish, but critical online marketing activities. The full job description and application form is at the link below. Don't freak out about the emphasis on "viral marketing". The job spec was written before I had heard of Pinko marketing. Yes, this concept is viral like Hotmail, Evite, or Ofoto have been--this speaks to the Pinko philosophy that it's all about an outstanding product. That said, we need someone to accelerate the adoption of our service using "modern" marketing techniques. If you think that's you, please apply at the link below.
